When it comes to pricing for our event services, we prioritize transparency from the outset. Our pricing model is tailored to each event, taking into account several key factors:
- Event Type: Whether it's a wedding, corporate function, birthday party, or charity event, each requires different levels of preparation and staffing.
- Guest Count: More guests necessitate additional staffing and resources.
- Service Duration: The number of hours you need our team on-site, with potential discounts for longer durations.
- Date/Time: Prices may vary based on the day of the week and time, especially for premium dates like Saturdays.
- Add-Ons: Any extras such as specialty rentals (enclosures), props, or custom backdrops are priced additionally.
- Location: We factor in distance from our Pittsburgh base to your event venue.

A 360 photo booth is actually a type of spinning video booth where a camera rotates around a circular platform, capturing a burst of photos or video of guests as they stand on the platform. The output creates a seamless gif, boomerang, slo-mo or other type of video clip that captures the entire environment around the guest. This creates a unique and immersive experience that can make your event stand out.
A 360 photo booth typically consists of a circular platform with a camera rig mounted on top of an extended arm that rotates around the platform. Guests stand on the platform while it rotates, and the camera rig takes a burst of images or video clip as the platform spins. The camera rig can either be a single camera that rotates around the platform, or multiple cameras positioned around the platform to capture different angles simultaneously.
A Sharing Station is a device where the event guests can find their photo, gif or video from the photo booth. Event guests can use the sharing station to email, text, or airdrop the files directly to themselves.
A custom overlay is a feature of video editing software that allows us to add an additional layer of content on top of their main video footage. This could be anything from text, graphics, images, or even another video. When one is used it does take a longer time to render the video with the 360 photo booth software (increasing wait times for the guests.)
Please see our Blog. It has several great articles on this subject.
Safety is the most important thing, we suggest 15' x 10' if you are not using the booth enclosure. If you would like to use the booth enclosure the requirements would be 15 x 20' x 10'. Please make sure you have a 10' high ceiling to accommodate the height of the enclosure.
2 to 3 people can fit on the base. It has a 31.5" diameter so we can arrange people front to back and stager you.
We like to arrive 1 to 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled start time to set up and make sure everything is working properly.
No, unlimited videos/pictures may be taken in the scheduled time period. However, we do suggest each person or group take one video each to start until everyone interested can get a chance to partake in the action. You have to remember that it takes some time for the video effects to render after each session.
Yes, we require a small deposit and a signed rental agreement contract that will be sent via email directly after booking the event.
